What started as a Friday night at a bourbon bar wound through an outdoor ceremony, a dinner that ran long, a dance floor that wouldn’t quit, and a Sunday afternoon of wine. Here’s how the weekend went.

We kicked off the weekend with welcome drinks at Rebellion — cocktails, light bites, and the first chance for everyone traveling in to find each other.

The Silk Mill

Our ceremony and reception both took place at the Silk Mill. The ceremony was at 5:00 PM outside under perfect Virginia spring weather, followed by cocktails, dinner, speeches, and dancing until 10:00 PM. A trolley shuttled guests between The Publisher and the Silk Mill.
Dress Code: Semi-Formal
- Men: Suit or blazer with dress pants. Dress shirt and dress shoes. Tie optional.
- Women: Upscale cocktail or midi-length dresses, elegant jumpsuits or separates. Heels, wedges or dressy flats.
